    4. Melt dark chocolate in a water bath. Add half the gelatin mass to half the cream and heat over low heat. Grind half the cottage cheese, add cooled chocolate, cream with gelatin and powdered sugar. Mix everything in a blender. Pour the resulting mixture into the mold and place in the freezer for 10 minutes.
    5. Do similar steps with white chocolate, then pour it on top of black chocolate and place in the freezer until completely hardened.
    6. Before serving, sprinkle the dish with grated milk chocolate and garnish with mint.

    Children's ice cream

    You will need for cooking:

    • Milk – 500 ml;
    • Butter – 50 g;
    • Starch – 0.5 tsp;
    • Sugar - 1 tbsp. l.;
    • Yolk – 2 pcs.

    Step-by-step instruction:

    1. Add butter to milk and heat until it dissolves.
    2. Mix sugar and starch separately, add yolks and beat until foamy.
    3. Add milk to the resulting mass (you should get liquid sour cream). Heat the mixture to a boil.
    4. Place the hot container with the mixture in ice water and wait until it cools, stirring while doing so. Then pour the mixture into containers with lids and place in the freezer for 4 hours, stirring every 30 minutes to harden evenly.

But will this sweetness be healthy for the child? Definitely no! Store-bought sweets contain preservatives to preserve the product and artificial substitutes for natural products to reduce the price, and dyes to make them brighter and more attractive. Feed your beloved child with all this “good”? And even an adult might not be happy from such “yummy” food!

    Something needs to be done! In our childhood, we made all the sweets ourselves, at home, with our mother! Remember how delicious it was! And the products are the simplest!

    Cake "Ice cream"

    For the test:

    • 1 pack of butter
    • 250 g sour cream
    • a pinch of salt
    • flour - a little more than 3 tbsp.

    For cream:

    • milk - 1 l
    • semolina - 4 tbsp. heaped spoons
    • 2 cups sugar
    • 200 g butter
    • 200-300 g dried apricots
    • vanillin

    Cooking time: 1.5-2 hours plus 3 hours in the refrigerator.

    Cooking method:

    1. Grind the softened butter with 3 cups. flour, add a pinch of salt, 250 g. sour cream. Knead a soft dough that does not stick to your hands.
    2. Divide the dough into 6 parts, roll them out. Bake each cake in the oven for 10 minutes, break into pieces.
    3. Boil 4 tbsp in 1 liter of milk. spoons of semolina. Leave to cool.
    4. Pour boiling water over the dried apricots, then drain the water, remove excess water with a paper towel, finely chop (you can put it through a meat grinder).
    5. Beat the softened butter with a mixer with a glass of sugar and vanilla. Continuing to beat, add semolina and the rest of the sugar. Add dried apricots, then broken pieces of cake. Let the pieces soak. Give it the desired shape. Place in the refrigerator for 3 hours. Decorate as desired.
