  6. Cool without removing from the oven.
  7. Divide the cake into 2 halves, spread one part of the cake with a thick layer of jam (as it should be absorbed), and connect the cakes together.
  8. Spread jam on top and pour glaze.

With fruits

Light-colored biscuit composition:

  • 3 pcs. eggs;
  • 1 (no slide) tsp. baking powder;
  • 4 tbsp. sugar (not refined sugar);
  • 4 tbsp. flour.

Dark biscuit composition:

  • 1 tsp baking powder (without slide);
  • 3 pcs. testicles;
  • 4 tbsp. sugar (not refined sugar);
  • 1 tbsp. cocoa;
  • 4 tbsp. flour.

Cream pudding composition:

  • 300 ml. milk;
  • 6 tbsp. starch;
  • 1 cup unrefined sugar;
  • 0.4 kg. oils

  • jelly – 2 standard packs of 100 g each. (you can take cherry and peach flavors);
  • grapes 0.5 kg;
  • nectarines – 4 pcs.;
  • prunes – 9 pcs.;
  • apples - 3 pcs.

Sequence of preparation steps:

1. Baking light cake:

  • Whisk the eggs, then gradually add sugar;

  • add flour along with baking powder, shake until smooth;

  • the oven should be heated to 180 degrees. Line the pan with parchment paper and grease with butter. Fold the dough into a mold and put it in the oven. Bake 30 min. Check readiness with a toothpick (must remain dry).

2. Preparing dark sponge cake:

  • beat chicken eggs with a whisk, gradually add sand;
  • add flour, baking powder, and cocoa, beat until smooth;
  • oven similar to light.

3. Let the prepared cakes cool, then remove the parchment.

4. Preparing cream pudding:

  • mix sand and starch in a bowl;
  • add half a portion of milk, mix well;
  • In another bowl, heat the rest of the milk; when it boils, reduce the heat. Pour in the starch-sugar mixture, stirring continuously with a whisk. Cook for 3 minutes.
  • The resulting mixture thickens very quickly and becomes viscous. Leave to cool.

5. Soften the butter, beat with a mixer, add the prepared cream pudding. Beat until smooth and refrigerate.

6. Cut the berries into halves, remove the seeds. Cut the nectarine into quarters.

7. Be sure to cook nectarines and prunes in boiled sugar syrup (this is done to get rid of the acid and make the nectarine soft and sweet). To prepare sugar syrup, boil 1 glass of water, pour 1 tbsp into it. l. sand, add prunes, nectarines, cook for 5 minutes. Next, drain the water and leave the fruit to cool.

8. Making cherry jelly. Pour half a liter of water over the contents of the bag, stir, set aside for 10 minutes, then, stirring, bring to a boil (the gelatin should dissolve). To cool the jelly faster, place the plate with the jelly in very cold water.

9. Divide the cream pudding equally into 3 parts. Spread the light sponge cake with the first part.

10. Using a glass of dark cake, cut out 5 circles. Place these mugs on a light cake coated with pudding.

11. Fill the gaps formed between the dark circles with prunes and grapes cut in half. If the circles are tall, then you can arrange the grapes in 2 layers. Next, cover the entire surface of the cake with the cooled cherry aspic; pour it over the berries (otherwise the cream pudding may drip off).

  5. Place the mastic in a plastic container (sealed) and place it in a cool, dark place for 5 hours.

From cookies

Cake ingredients:

  • cookies (sugar) – 310 gr.;
  • chocolate (preferably bitter) – 2 bars;
  • butter (butter) – 210 gr.;
  • vanilla sugar - a small pinch;
  • For decoration, you can take multi-colored dragees.

Sequencing:

  1. Break the chocolate into small bars. Melt in a water bath, adding soft butter and vanilla sugar in the process.

  3. Add flour sifted with baking powder and soda. Knead the dough.
  4. Pour the dough into the oiled pan.
  5. Place the pan with the dough in a heated oven (180 degrees) - 40 minutes.
  6. Cool the baked cake, divide it lengthwise into 2 halves.
  7. Whip cream with sand.
  8. Place the first baked cake on a plate and soak it in syrup from canned fruit.

  9. Place the cream in a thick layer, spread evenly and place the chopped fruit.
  10. Brush the fruit with cream and place the 2nd part of the cake on top.

  11. Soak in syrup as well.

Cooking steps:

  1. Separate the yolks from the whites.
  2. While beating the whites, add sand (half of the total amount of sand). A strong foam should form that will not spill out if you turn the bowl over.
  3. Beat the whites with the rest of the sugar and vanilla. The yolk mixture should increase in volume and turn white, then carefully pour it into the whites and whisk with a whisk.
  4. Mix the flour and baking powder, gradually add it to the egg mixture (be careful not to create a foam).
  5. Melt the butter and add it to the dough.
