  • Starch – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • Sugar – 100 g;
  • Butter – 50 g;

  1. Mix condensed milk and cottage cheese. Mash a third of the berries and mix with the curd mass.
  2. Coat each pancake with the mixture and sprinkle the remaining berries on top.
  3. Roll the pancake into a tube and cut into equal parts.
  4. Mash the strawberries, add sugar and water. Put on fire for 10 minutes.
  5. Mix starch with a few tablespoons of water and pour into the strawberry mixture, stirring while doing so.
  6. Boil the mixture, keep on fire until thick.
  7. Add orange zest to the prepared sauce and cool, after which the sauce can be used as an addition to rolls.

Salad "Lightning McQueen"

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast - 450 g.
  • Beetroot - 300 g.
  • Potatoes - 300 g.
  • Pomegranate - 1 pc.
  • Onions - 2 pcs.
  • Walnuts - 50 g.

  • White of 1 egg.

Preparation:

First you need to boil the potatoes without removing the skins, then cool.

Grind the nuts (in a coffee grinder, blender or using a rolling pin).

Peel the potatoes and grate them.

We do the same with beets and add them to the nuts.

We disassemble the pomegranate into grains and begin to “assemble” the salad.

Place part of the chicken with onions in the middle of the plate (the highest part of the machine), add a little mayonnaise.

Pour in the potatoes and shape them with a spoon or your hands. Grease with mayonnaise again.

Add the rest of the chicken and onions on top, shape and grease.

Repeat the same procedure with beets and nuts.

The last step: spread the pomegranate seeds evenly on the machine. Mode finely boiled egg (white) and form a windshield with a smile. Using olives we make eyes, and using cucumbers we make wheels.

  • Chinese cabbage - 1 pc.;

Required ingredients:

  • minced beef – 500 grams;
  • champignons – 300 grams;
  • canned corn - one jar;
  • canned red beans - one jar;
  • onion - one piece;
  • tomato paste – 3 tablespoons;
  • vegetable oil for frying;
  • hard cheese – 200 g;
  • chips (the less seasoning, the better) - one pack;
  • freshly ground black pepper;
  • red tomatoes – 4 pcs.;
  • homemade mayonnaise – 6 tablespoons;
  • natural yogurt without additives, preferably homemade – 500 ml;
  • green salad - one bunch;
  • salt to taste;
  • lemon juice.

Peel the onion, chop and fry in a small amount of oil. Then add the minced meat into the frying pan. Next will be the tomatoes (at this stage, add salt and pepper to everything). Pour a tablespoon of oil into another frying pan and fry clean chopped champignons in it.

Drain the marinade from the corn and beans. We tear clean and slightly dried lettuce leaves with our hands (if you tear ahead of time, sprinkle with lemon juice). The dressing will be a mixture of mayonnaise, pepper, yogurt and salt. The salad will be made into balls, grease each ball with a small amount of dressing.

The products go in the following sequence: Lettuce leaves at the bottom, then chopped tomato slices, minced meat (which has had time to cool), champignons, corn, and lastly, beans. Sprinkle the culinary masterpiece with grated cheese and decorate with chips (before serving).

It is best to serve immediately after cooking.

Simple salad:

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams of fresh chicken fillet,
  • 200 grams of pickled champignons,
  • 150-200 grams of canned pineapples,
  • vegetable oil,
  • salt to taste,
  • ground black pepper,
  • 150-200 grams of canned corn,
  • 150 grams of salad mayonnaise,
  • seasonings

Cut the chicken fillet, washed and dried with a napkin, into cubes and place it in a frying pan heated with vegetable oil. Add salt, pepper, and other seasonings, stir and leave to fry for 6 minutes. Do not overcook the meat, it quickly loses juice and becomes dry.

Open the marinated champignons, pour out the juice, finely chop the mushrooms. Mix the cooled chicken and mushrooms in a salad bowl. Remove the marinade from the canned corn and pour it into a plate, add finely chopped pineapples.

There are two options for dressing the salad - mayonnaise or a mixture of lemon juice, vegetable oil, salt and mustard. To make the salad childish, decorate it in the form of animals or something funny.

Every child will like a fruit salad; you can use this trick, for example, adding pineapples to chicken. Use homemade mayonnaise with lemon juice instead of vinegar. Better yet, take sour cream.

This salad is suitable for both the New Year and any other celebration. Because of its design, the salad immediately attracts attention. The children are delighted with him.

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes – 3 pcs.
  • Carrots – 1 pc.
  • Beetroot - 1 pc.
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Canned pink salmon - half a can.
  • Corn (canned) - 1 can.
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Leek - 1 pc.
  • Mayonnaise.
  • Seasonings.

Preparation:

Boil the eggs and vegetables together with the peel.

Fry the onion in a frying pan.

Grate all the vegetables.

Instructions for preparing the dish:

  1. Cut the meat into large strips, because the meat will shrink in volume when fried.
  2. Fry the chopped pieces in a well-heated frying pan in cottonseed oil.
  3. Wash and cut fresh cucumbers into large strips, sprinkle them with lemon juice.
  4. Onions and large red peppers should be cut into rings.
  5. The garlic needs to be peeled and chopped.
  6. Mix all ingredients thoroughly, add salt, pepper and add lemon juice again to taste.

We put the bright and juicy dish in a salad bowl and serve it to the festive table. Your guests and your family will love this delicious salad.

Watermelon salad

Juicy, bright, tasty. This salad will cheer everyone up. It is especially suitable for a children's party.

Ingredients:

  • Boiled chicken fillet – 200 g.
  • Cheese – 200 g.
  • Boiled eggs - 4 pcs.
  • Black olives – 1 b.
  • Tomatoes 4 pcs.
  • Cucumbers 2 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise.
  • Salt.

Preparation:

Finely mode chicken.

Grate eggs and cheese.

Ingredients for Greek salad (for 4 servings):

  • feta cheese (pickled) 200 grams;
  • 1 jar pitted olives;
  • 1 lemon (for dressing);
  • olive oil 3-4 tbsp. spoons;
  • 1-2 ripe tomatoes;
  • lettuce leaves;
  • shallot 1 piece;
  • 1 sweet pepper;
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste.

Preparation

In a large bowl, combine tomatoes cut into large slices (it is better to take homemade ones) with bell pepper rings and shallots. Squeeze the juice from the lemon, combine with olive oil and season the salad with this dressing.

Add olives cut in half, cubed cheese and lettuce leaves torn into small pieces. Add salt and pepper to taste, stir and you're done! It’s better to eat the salad right away

Recipe number 2 - Niçoise salad with vegetables, tuna and eggs

This delicious summer salad came to us from distant France, to be more precise, from sunny Provence. The recipe is simple and incredibly delicious. After Greek, Niçoise is my favorite vegetable salad! Of course, in addition to vegetables, there is also canned tuna and eggs, so the dish turns out to be satisfying, although it does not contain extra calories.

Ingredients (for 4 servings):

  • 1 large bell pepper;
  • 3-4 ripe tomatoes;
  • a can of tuna in its own juice;
  • olive oil 3-4 tbsp. spoons;
  • dry or fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, basil);
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • lemon juice;
  • 1 tbsp. spoon of sugar;
  • quail eggs 6-8 pieces;
  • lettuce leaves;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

First, boil the quail eggs hard in salted water. Cool the eggs. In a large salad bowl, cut tomatoes into slices (no need to chop), bell peppers into slices and lettuce leaves. Open the tuna, drain the liquid and add the fish, slightly crushed with a fork, to the salad.

Combine herbs with lemon juice, crushed garlic and sugar, add olive oil and leave for at least half an hour. Pour the prepared salad with spicy dressing. Bon appetit!

Recipe number 3 - Gourmet salad with pear and Dor Blue cheese

The combination of sweet fresh pear with spicy noble Dor Blue cheese (with blue mold) is the choice of true gourmets! Treat yourself to this unusual salad, which is also good as an appetizer with noble white wines, champagne, and martinis.

What you need for cooking (for 2 servings):

  • 3-4 salad leaves or a handful of arugula;
  • 2 pears;
  • a handful of walnuts (or pecans);
  • blue cheese 150 grams;
  • a few mint leaves;
  • honey 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • olive oil and lemon juice for dressing.

Heat the nuts a little in a dry frying pan. Tear lettuce leaves into a salad bowl, scoop the cheese into cubes, add nuts and honey. Core the pear and cut into small pieces. Drizzle with butter-lemon dressing. Salad with Dor Blue cheese, pear and honey is ready!
