  • vegetable oil - 500 ml.
  • chicken fillet - 750 gr.
  • premium flour - 70 gr.

  • chicken egg - 3 pcs.

Cooking method:

  1. Wash and dry the chicken fillet. Cut it into nugget-like pieces.

  3. Prepare the breading mixture: mix flour with dried (granulated) garlic, pepper, salt and other favorite seasonings.

Cooking method:

  2. Rinse the rice with boiling water. In a large bowl, combine ingredients for cooking hedgehogs: minced meat, rice, two finely chopped onions, egg, water, salt and pepper. Mix the minced meat well with your hands. Leave some rice to decorate the hedgehogs.
  3. Place hedgehogs in a baking dish. You need to sculpt them with wet hands. Each hedgehog takes about two tablespoons of minced meat. Try to stick more rice on top - these will be “needles”. The nose and eyes are like peppercorns.
  4. Let's prepare the sauce. Melt butter in a frying pan. Fry diced onion (two onions) until soft, add salt and pepper.
  5. Peel the carrots, rinse and grate. Add to onions.
  6. Add garlic, pressed through a press, tomato paste to the vegetables and add flour. Fry while stirring.
  7. Then add some of the chicken broth. Stir. Gradually add all the broth.
  8. After 15 minutes, remove from heat and add cream. Stir and taste the sauce. If necessary, add salt and pepper.
  9. Pour the sauce over the hedgehogs. Cover the shape with the hedgehogs with foil and bake for 40-50 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
