  • Jamon – 7 slices
  • Large pear – 1 pc.
  • Goat cheese – 120 gr.

  • Wine vinegar - 2.5 tbsp. l.
  • Cognac – 2.5 tbsp. l.
  • Dijon mustard – 2.5 tbsp.
  • Arugula – 1 bunch
  • Vegetable oil – 1.5 tbsp. l.

Preparation:

Peel the pears, cut into portions lengthwise, fry for a minute in vegetable oil. Then simmer with oil, vinegar and cognac for about five minutes, adding mustard at the very end. Cut the cheese into slices. For each piece of meat, place a pear, cheese, a few leaves of arugula, roll into a roll, and pierce with a skewer.

  • Melon – 400 gr.

  • It is not recommended to add onions, garlic or hot seasonings, spices with a pronounced aroma.

  • You can use unusual serving options. Canapés are usually stuck into a special ball cut out of polystyrene foam with the bottom cut off for stability. If you don't have it, you can use an ordinary head of cabbage. It also needs to be trimmed for stability and skewers stuck into it. After the holiday, cabbage will not be lost - it can be used on the farm.

  • Water – 1.5 tbsp.
  • Water – 270 ml.

Preparation:

In 1.5 tbsp. l. Soak the gelatin in water, squeeze the juice out of the cranberries, pour 250 ml of water over the peel, add salt and sugar and boil. Strain the broth, stir in gelatin over heat, but do not bring to a boil. Pour in cranberry juice, mix, then pour into molds and place in the refrigerator to harden. Using a glass, cut the bread into thin slices and heat in the oven. Puree the foie gras and cut the jelly into circles. Place jelly on slices of bread, then bread again, then squeeze out foie gras using a pastry syringe, garnish with parsley.

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 pieces of watermelon (or Victoria).
  • 1 piece of fresh kiwi.
  • 1 piece of tangerine.
  • 1 piece of ripe banana.
  • 1 sprig each of green and black grapes.

Cooking process

The watermelon pulp must be carefully cut into small cubes. The downside is that the berry is only available in August. But you can do without this ingredient. The taste of the canapes will remain pleasant and refreshing.

Kiwi adds sourness to mini sandwiches. It is recommended to buy fruit individually, as the packaging may be of poor quality. If the fruit turns out to be unripe, then it needs to be kept in a warm place for a couple of days. 3) It is advisable to select carrots of such size that the diameter matches the diameter of the cucumbers - in this case, all three components of the canapé will look harmonious. Carrots can be boiled, but if desired, you can also use raw carrots - just cut them into slices.

4) The sequence of products strung on a skewer must correspond to the colors of the traffic light: beets, carrots, cucumber. But, unlike a real traffic light, our sofas will always have a green light on - this means that children can eat them at any time!

Appetizer with sausage and cheese on skewers

A beautiful quick appetizer, it cooks quickly and looks impressive.

Products:

  • Sausage – 300 g
  • Hard cheese – 100 g
  • Pitted olives – 1 jar
  • Toothpicks – 40 pcs.

  • Cut the sausage into thin rings (you can buy it already sliced).
  • We cut the cheese into slices and then into cubes with a side of 1-1.5 cm.
  • Fold a piece of sausage in half, put cheese and olive inside, and string everything with a toothpick.

These sandwiches look no less beautiful; for them it’s worth taking:

  • Sausage – 200 g
  • Pitted olives – 50 g
  • Cucumber – 200 g
  • Feta cheese – 200 g
  • Toothpicks – 30 pcs.

  • Cut the sausage into thin rings.
  • Cut the cucumbers into rings 1 cm thick.
  • Feta cut into cubes 1-.2 cm
  • Place one by one, cucumber on the bottom, cheese on top, sausage folded in four, olive, connect everything with a toothpick or skewer.

Canapes “Tomato Fantasy”

Grocery list:

  • Small varieties of tomatoes (for example, cherry)
  • Cheese (hard varieties, feta cheese or hard processed cheese - you can use any)
  • Green basil or lettuce leaves
  • Sour cream
  • Lemon

Cooking technique:

1) Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half.

2) Cover the inside of the tomatoes with a layer of sour cream.

3) Place cheese between two halves of one tomato and fold together.

4) Place a green basil or lettuce leaf on top of the tomato.

5) Squeeze the juice from the lemon, secure the canapes with a skewer, and lightly sprinkle with lemon juice.

Chocolate covered bananas on skewers

This recipe is very simple. Every child will love this dessert.

Ingredients:

  • Bananas
  • Crushed nuts (peanuts, hazelnuts, walnuts) or coconut flakes
  • Chocolate (without filler)

Preparation:

You will need liquid chocolate. Therefore, we melt the tiles in a water bath. Cut each banana into 4-6 equal parts. The slices should be quite large. Prepare a large shallow plate or dish and place parchment on the surface.

Pierce a piece of banana with a toothpick or skewer and dip it into melted chocolate. You can immerse the slice in chocolate completely, or only halfway. After this, immediately roll the banana in nuts (or coconut flakes). Place on a plate.

Place the dessert in the freezer for 1.5-2 hours. Serve chilled.
