Resources and errors
When preparing the QA, it is important to consider the availability of the necessary resources. In addition to the maps and assignments printed for all assignments (it is not necessary to buy maps: maps printed in black and white on A3 sheets are quite convenient), it is important to have the necessary human resources: each group of schoolchildren must be accompanied by an adult who is responsible for their safety and also corrects mistakes in case, for example, of a critical deviation of the group from the route (but in no case does he carry out tasks for the students!). In addition, you should always take into account the weather conditions (and have raincoats and rubber boots, warm clothes and sun protection with you - depending on the season). A common mistake when creating OCs is incorrect calculation of the time that students will spend on completing assignments. If it becomes clear that the OK takes more than two and a half hours, then it is better to divide it into several days or shorten the route.
