We bring to your attention the simplest version of a three-dimensional figure - flowers:

• We will need: latex balloons (green, yellow, white), threads, ribbons and wire, a hand pump and, of course, a good mood.
• Inflate 5 white balloons, which will be flower petals.
• We tie them together, fastening them with threads or wire, so that the petals look in different directions.
• Now we inflate 5 yellow balloons 2 times smaller in size (or simply inflate them not completely). We also connect them and create the core of the flower.

First of all, you need to assess the capacity of the room for the celebration. In small apartments it is difficult to accommodate a large number of guests.

In a large and spacious room you can allocate space for a sweet table, a photo zone, and active games.

Balloons are suitable for decorating a room; there should be a lot of them. Some of them may burst, while others can be given to guests.

Now there are many companies ready to decorate a room with balloons the way the client wants. You can make a variety of shapes from balls.

When decorating a party room for a boy’s birthday, you should give preference to multi-colored or blue pastel shades of balloons of various shapes. Bright colors have a stimulating effect on the children's nervous system.

We tie them together, fasten them to the fishing line in the required quantity (according to the required length), and then fasten the fishing line with an “arch” (or in another way).
• For heavier structures, frames and balloons inflated with ordinary air are used (helium balloons “keep their shape” for only 12-22 hours). • Well, the second option: an avalanche. It is suitable for rooms with high ceilings. We fix a wide net under the ceiling and fill this “hammock” with inflated (air!) balloons. At the right moment, one of the guests tears off the net, and the balls fall on the guests like an avalanche.

Option two:

• We inflate the biggest balloon, inside which we put small light toys, streamers, candies and, of course, confetti . At the right moment, the balloon is burst, and surprises are scattered like fireworks over the guests. Mandatory point: many mini-balloons inflated with helium are placed inside the ball. Well, the balloon itself is also inflated with helium.
• 2nd option: many small balloons with surprises. We supply each balloon with candies, surprises and confetti. Next, fill it with helium, tie the streamer to the tails and release it to the ceiling. At the end of the holiday, everyone chooses their own balloon and bursts it.

How to stuff surprises into a balloon?

• We inflate the ball a little and put it on a “conductor” (a bottle cut off on both sides, for example, or a funnel with a wide neck).
• We blow in air by 60-70% (using a vacuum cleaner).
• We quickly push surprises, candies and confetti inside, and then deflate the balloon.
• Now we inflate the balloon using the usual method, tie it and, having decorated it, send it to where it should hang.

What are the types of balls - types and characteristics

Manufacturers offer a wide range of models that differ in shape, color, and texture. This variety allows these products to be used for many events. However, when independently choosing a suitable option, it is difficult to understand all the nuances and give preference to a specific new product. Among the existing products are:

• traditional latex;
• walking foil figures;
• for modeling;
• for package;
• foil (mylar);
• balloons;
• punch balloons;
• balloons with two or more tails;
• glowing;
• panoramic 3D.

Regular latex balloons

Everyone has known standard round balls since childhood. This is the most common and affordable type of inflatable products that can be purchased at any kiosk, store with children's toys and souvenirs. They are made from latex, which is an aqueous dispersion of colloidal rubber particles stabilized by emulsifiers.

Traditional models differ in color and size. Mostly they have a single color, but there are options with inscriptions, drawings, and printed images. Depending on the purpose, you can find packaging in one tone or assorted. There are several main types based on color:

• matte opaque (pastel);
• colored with slight transparency (crystal);
• translucent metallic version (mother of pearl);
• shiny with a metallized surface (metallic).

Product size is determined in inches. The most common values: 5, 10, 12, 14, 18, 27, 45. The purpose of the item largely depends on the parameter. Options 12 and 14 are filled with helium, sold at public events, decorated with ceilings, and used for advertising printing. Smaller ones are suitable for creating figures, garlands, letters.

Foil or mylar balloons

Foil models are made from the thinnest lavsan film; glue, metal, and coloring matter are successively applied to its surface. The finished product is obtained by joining 2 identical pieces of lavsan using a heat seal or ultrasound. The total thickness of the product is only 0.02 mm. The design includes an inflatable surface, a tail, and a check valve.

You can inflate the balloon using helium or air. In the first case, you will need a special cylinder. First, the product must be straightened so that the helium smoothly fills the internal space; with a sudden flow of gas, the ball may rupture. The second method will not require any costs. To work, use a handle or tube that is inserted into the valve.

The main advantage of mylar models is that they are able to retain air inside for a long time. And those filled with gas can float for a month. In addition, they have a wide variety of shapes; they are made in the form of animal figures and fairy-tale characters. This is the perfect gift for a girl or boy who will love their favorite cartoon characters.

Depending on the material from which the ball is made and its size, the method of filling the internal volume is chosen. Experts do not recommend using helium for latex options less than 10”, and for foil versions less than 18”.

Walking balls

Among the wide variety of foil models, “adventures” can be distinguished separately. They are called “walking” conditionally, since they can move under the influence of wind or draft. They are produced in the form of various fairy-tale characters, animals, favorite characters from films or cartoons. In height they can correspond to the height of an adult; the parameter ranges from 0.5 to 2 m.

The main secret of the original products is their design; they consist of several parts, which are isolated from each other and inflated alternately. Most often, the head is filled with special helium gas, and the torso and lower limbs are filled with simple air. There are weights attached to the bottom that prevent the device from taking off. Once inside the room, they begin to live their own lives, moving around the rooms in a funny way.

They gained their popularity due to their colorful appearance, unique structure, and huge assortment. Such a gift will be the most desired for any child on his name day. This is also an excellent prop that can be used to decorate children's parties, themed parties, and puppet shows. In addition, the balloons are very practical; at the end of the celebration, they can be deflated and then used at another appropriate event.

Helium balloons

Helium balloons are suitable for both interior decoration of any premises and for outdoor celebrations. This is a simple and budget option for creating a festive atmosphere at parties, anniversaries, and festivals. They can be launched into the sky in front of a maternity hospital or at a wedding. Products attached to ribbons and rising up, soaring to the ceiling, look very attractive.

The main secret is to fill the balloon with helium, which is a colorless gas with no distinct odor. It is the second lightest element in the periodic table of chemical elements, following hydrogen. This component causes the product to rise up.

You can fill any balloon with helium, even a regular one, but you won’t be able to get the expected effect from a standard product, since it will deflate within a few hours. For these purposes, it is better to use mylar options, which are capable of retaining gas for a long time. It is also worth remembering that the larger the size of the ball, the longer it can hang in the air.

Balls for modeling

ShDM are latex models with an elongated cylindrical shape, which is why they are also called “sausages”, “sausages”, “sausages”. The English word twisting is often used to denote them. This is due to the fact that various figures can be twisted from them. There are several varieties of these elements, among which are:

Self-inflating balloons

Self-blowing balloons are small in diameter (no more than 7”) foil products, inside of which there is a capsule with a reagent. When deflated, this design is no different from a standard balloon. To make it inflate, it is enough to crush the capsule and shake the ball a little; as a result of a chemical reaction, the internal volume will automatically fill with gas.

Such decorations are suitable for surprising guests in the middle of any celebration, when garlands of balloons begin to appear behind them. Children will also really like these models; they can be used to decorate wedding ceremonies. Some people confuse them with balloons, which are inflated with the mouth through a special tube, after which they seal themselves.

If you couldn’t find such designs, don’t be upset. You can surprise your child in another way by making a self-inflating balloon with your own hands. To bring the idea to life, you need to fill a 0.5 liter plastic bottle one third full with vinegar, add 3-4 teaspoons of baking soda and immediately put a regular ball on your throat. Under the influence of carbon dioxide and the heat generated, it will inflate on its own, then it should be tied with a thread, after which it will be able to fly for several hours.

Glowing balls

Glowing products are standard latex balls with LEDs inside. You can admire them only in complete darkness. Such structures are used for different purposes. The picture will be very spectacular if you launch them into the sky. To create a romantic setting for your bride, they can be inflated and scattered on the floor. They will decorate any celebration and give it a mysterious atmosphere.

Based on the type of glow, they are divided into flashing and continuously burning. The operating time of the diode does not exceed 24 hours; it burns brightest during the first three. In cold weather this time is reduced by almost half. Considering this fact, you should inflate them and order delivery immediately before the start of the event.

The color of the diode only matters if it is placed in a white ball that glows the same way as an LED. Colored balls themselves provide the necessary shade, so light elements are often placed in them. The pastel tone of the product gives a monochromatic bright color, metallic transmits light much worse.
