Shake off the starch from it (preferably with a brush) and transfer it to the cake: just place it in the center on the dome and press it to the cake. Since the shape of the bag may be uneven, this is very easy to do. As the mastic lays down, so the burlap will lie, so there will be folds. We cut off the excess from the bottom with a knife and with the same knife we wrap the bottom inward.
